Shipping Partners
SYSHA partners with trusted shipping services, including DHL, FedEx, and Blue Dart, to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders. Please note that our shipping partners are subject to change in the future.
Shipping Fees
- Within India: Shipping is free for all orders. Does not include Exchange/Return orders.
- Outside India: Shipping fees may vary from USD 19.95 to USD 49.95, depending on the location and weight of the package. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Time
We endeavour to ship the products within 2 working days and have them delivered to you within 5-10 working days. Please note, public holidays (both Gujarat and national holidays) or unforeseen circumstances may cause delay in shipping.
During Diwali, our office and warehouse are normally closed for 10 days from the day of Diwali, so shipping will happen after the office and warehouse have reopened.
The estimated delivery time for your order will be provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on the destination and the shipping partner’s schedule. Please allow extra time for deliveries during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.
Custom Duties and Taxes
For international orders, custom duties and taxes may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. SYSHA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the shipping partner’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. SYSHA is not responsible for any delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any additional costs incurred for redelivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners may make multiple attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, any additional shipping costs for redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
SYSHA is not liable for any damages or losses that occur during shipping. If your package is damaged or lost, please contact the shipping partner directly using the tracking information provided. We will assist you in resolving any issues with the shipping partner as needed.

SYSHA reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be updated on our website.
